Lee Contracting is a Civil Engineering, Groundworks and Demolition Contractor committed to delivering professional services on time and to budget. We work hard to develop and maintain long standing and dependable relationships with our partners and clients whilst maintaining our environmental impact and the highest standards of safety.
At Lee Contracting we approach every project with professionalism and consolidated thinking across all of our disciplines so we can anticipate and respond quickly to client requirements. Tim Lee
Managing Director
In 2015, Tim founded Lee Contracting and holds the position of Managing Director. Since graduating 20 years ago with an Engineering degree, Tim has developed a wealth of experience in the construction industry, specialising in groundworks and civil engineering. Tim is ultimately responsible for health & safety, business development, estimating, tendering and logistics but has a ‘hands-on’ role, typically spending around 90% of his working week supervising on-site operations and meeting the main clients and stakeholders.

Lea Piper
Demolition Manager
Lea joined Lee Contracting as Demolition Manager. Prior to this, he spent 15 years working for a major national demolition company where he progressed to Operations Manager. Lea has worked on various projects, delivered on-time and within budget for clients such as Morgan Sindall, Balfour Beatty, Wates Construction, PJ Livesey. Lea is responsible for health & safety, estimating, tendering and logistics in Demolition and spends around 95% of his working week supervising on-site operations.
