Grand Junction is located just over one mile from the railway town centre of Crewe. We were delighted to be contracted to work on this new development of 14 houses. The contract works included:
Project: 14 new houses.
- Attenuation drainage
- Hard landscaping – flagging and block paving
- Installation of approx. 400 sqm of road and sewers
- Services installations
- Sewer connection, 4m deep adoptable in Council highway
- Soft landscaping
We completed this project in October 2019 in line with the client’s timescales.
