Project: Soft strip of Grade II listed building.
We provided making safe works and the careful soft strip of this Grade II listed building which had been unoccupied for several years and suffered water ingress. Working closely with the Architects and National Heritage, we provided the following timeline of services:
- Making the property safe for an asbestos survey
- Removal of loose plaster and debris
- Removal of rotten floors/joists
- Replacement of new floors
- Temporary propping
Project completed.
