The Botanic comprises 3 new apartment blocks in Mossley Hill conservation area. We were contracted to carry out a full groundworks package including the following multitude of services:
- Adoptable foul and surface water drainage
- Bulk earthworks
- Hard landscaping – car parks, driveways, paths, patios
- Private plot drainage
- Reinforced concrete foundations
- Road infrastructure
- Services mains installations
- Sewerage construction and s.106 sewer connections
This project was completed in 22 months and delivered on time.
