We were contracted to undertake an extensive ground works package on an idyllic site only a short walk away from the hugely popular area of Crosby. When completed the new development comprised 30 homes ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms.
Our scope of works included the following:
- Attenuation pipework, 90m of 750 diameter at 3m deep
- Block paving, 2200m2
- Flagging, 620m2
- Plot drainage
- Power floated floor slabs on impermeable gas membrane, 1500 m2
- Private road infrastructure – 1060m2 of tarmac
- Service trenches
- Strip foundations
We completed the project within the client’s anticipated timeframe.
