Lee Contracting has been appointed to deliver the full groundworks package for a new 50-bed student accommodation block at Llysfasi College (Coleg Cambria).
This development provides modern residential facilities for students studying land-based courses, requiring a complete groundworks solution delivered within a live college environment while minimising disruption.
Scope of Works
- Site clearance, topsoil strip, and bulk excavation
- Installation of foul and surface water drainage systems
- Construction of substructure foundations and ground floor slab
- Service ducting and utility connections
- Installation of attenuation and associated drainage infrastructure
