Lee Contracting contributed groundworks and external works to the redevelopment of Castlefield House, a 22,000 sq ft office building on Liverpool Road,
Manchester, into a media production and content creation facility flanked by business incubator hubs.
The project formed part of a wider regeneration scheme within a constrained urban and heritage setting.
