Lee Contracting has delivered groundworks and structural packages for several high-value bespoke superhomes across the North West.
Working under strict non-disclosure agreements, we have provided comprehensive groundworks and substructure solutions for four luxury
new-build superhomes, each involving significant basement construction, reinforced concrete works, and close coordination with design teams
on constrained or sensitive sites.
Two projects have been completed, with two further schemes currently on-going.
