Lee Contracting delivered the groundworks package for a development of 14 new homes located close to the town centre of Crewe.
The project required a full groundworks solution including significant drainage, road, sewer, and landscaping infrastructure within a constrained site setting.
Scope of Works
- Attenuation drainage systems
- Installation of roads and sewers (approx. 400m²)
- Service infrastructure installations
- 4m deep sewer connection to adoptable sewer within the public highway
- Hard landscaping including flagging and block paving
- Soft landscaping works
