The Botanica comprises three new apartment blocks located within the Mossley Hill Conservation Area in Liverpool.
Lee Contracting delivered the full groundworks package for this multi-unit residential scheme, coordinating a wide range
of civil engineering and infrastructure works to support the construction programme.
The project required careful coordination of multiple infrastructure elements within a sensitive residential setting.
Works were completed over a 22-month programme and delivered successfully on time.
