Scott delivers health and safety leadership for Lee Contracting, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and risk control. With expertise across construction and high risk environments, he strengthens our business by developing robust policies, conducting detailed site inspections, and producing both generic and project specific risk assessments that keep our teams safe and our projects running smoothly.
He leads the creation of construction phase plans, oversees incident investigations, chairs safety meetings, and carries out company wide audits that drive continuous improvement across all departments.
Scott also delivers essential training, including manual handling, asbestos awareness, COSHH, and face fit testing, ensuring our workforce is competent, confident, and compliant.
Supporting our pre construction and commercial functions, he contributes to PQQ and SSIP submissions and develops tailored safe systems of work and documentation that demonstrate our commitment to excellence and give clients confidence in our approach.
